Note from the Teacher: 
As the school year comes to a close, I want to take this opportunity to express my most sincere thanks for the support and dedication you have given. You have helped each child reach for and achieve their goals. Thank you for sharing your children with me. I have enjoyed working with each one of them. Our last few weeks will conclude with us finishing our novel, reviewing what we have learned in math, exploring expository writing, and adding closure to our poetry study. Don’t forget to pay any fees and fines before the last day. Report cards will not be given out to students who have a balance of any kind. Also, return all textbooks, library books, and school devices. Lastly, don't forget our field trip to Tryon Palace is this Tuesday. Just a few reminders:
- Be on time! We will leave school by 8:15am
- .Wear WCDS t-shirts or colors.
- Bring a snack for the ride down.
- Send money if your child is interested in shopping at the gift shop. Again, thank you for a wonderful year!
