Newsletter Week of November 6

Note from the Teacher
The fifth grade class will be visiting the local Community Soup Kitchen on November 21. This is a wonderful opportunity for our class to reach out and make a difference in our area. The students will help prepare and serve a meal to those less fortunate. In addition to helping feed others, I would like to ask that our class, as well as the lower school, help provide paper products to serve the patrons. Paper plates, napkins, silverware, and cups are always in great need. Donations will be accepted any time up until the November 20.
For this trip, I am asking that the kids wear our WCDS t-shirts and bring a bagged lunch to eat that day. It is going to be a neat experience for everyone. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to give me a call. As always, thank you for making our school experience a great one.
Our class voted for a new mayor for this term. Congratulations Mayor Richa Patel!!!
