Distant Learning Plan

EVERYONE!

Hope you are well and have had a good weekend! I miss ya'll already! First, holdoff on starting any work I sent with you until we chat together.  So we can continue to learn and work while you are at home, I have been receiving training on Zoom! How fun and exciting to learn new things virtually. First, please check your email. I will be inviting you to join a meeting on ZOOM.  Before you can join a meeting, you will need you to do these things:

• Log into your google account. 
• Go to zoom.us
• Click SIGN UP, IT'S FREE
• Scroll down to sign in with Google
• Sign in to continue ZOOM, you may need to add your email or click on your account, enter password if requested.
• Continue with Next
• Create Account
• Now you should be able to accept my invitation through email to attend a ZOOM session. 

When I send you an invitation, there will be a link in blue that you will click on to attend the meeting. When you click on the link for the first time, your computer will automatically download the program allowing ZOOM to make any necessary changes to your computer such as enabling audio and video. Now we are ready to go!

During our first meeting on Wednesday at 9:00am, we will discuss your concerns and answer questions about school, our teaching schedule and times, expectations, etc. We will talk about your assignments also.

Please don't feel anxious as we adjust to this new way of  communicating and learning. We will all get through these changes. Can't wait to visit and chat with you on Wednesday.
